“I recently had a shower screen installed by Monaro Screens and wanted to provide you with some feedback about my experience dealing with Monaro Screens.
First thing to be done was the measuring and selection of screen materials.
We had agreed upon a date and time for this occur and not only was the young man who came to perform this task on time, he was very well presented, polite and very knowledgeable about the best type of screen for my needs. This gave us confidence the end product would be to the high quality we desired.
Next thing was the delivery and installation of the screen. I received a call approximately five days before the delivery date to agree a time and to make sure someone would be home to let the installers into the house.
On the day the installers were running a little late, but only by about 15 minutes. They too were well presented, polite and very efficient in the installation process. When they were finished they called me in to inspect the work, provided me with advice about materials drying times and also cleaning of the screen.
The product as installed in just as described and looks to be of a very high quality.

The website, which these days is the first impression that most people get of a company, was a truly accurate representation of the company; highly polished, friendly and customer focussed. While I had only been searching for shower screens, the website showed the range of products that Monaro was able to deliver, and I was able to “one stop shop” all the things I wanted.
The lady who answered my enquiry was friendly and extremely helpful and happy to take the time to answer questions. So to was the consultant who came to do the initial measure and quote. Most importantly and so rare these days, he was punctual.
The installers were also punctual and very friendly. Nothing was too much bother and the additional services provided (repairs to a sliding glass door and custom keying of security doors) were all handled smoothly.
Best of all, the installers left behind not a single trace of any work…all rubbish was removed, all dust swept and all surfaces were cleaned.”
